Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Our flowers arrive fresh with a 48 hour satisfaction guarantee.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order or our services, we encourage you to contact us so that we may work to achieve your complete satisfaction.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will work with you to provide a replacement. A refund may be requested if an item has not been shipped. In case it has been shipped, we can refund the paid amount minus cost of shipping and wrapping. However, to guarantee the freshness of flowers, an item cannot be returned for a refund if it has already been shipped and received by recipient.

Full refund in original payment form to cancel the order, one (1) hour before the delivery time

If items purchased are not per your order or are damaged when you receive them, refund within 24hours after receiving the items with the proof of damage
